Email Settings

With the plethora of email applications available we cannot provide setup instructions for each one. Below we have provided links to some popular tutorials for common email applications. Please use the settings below to configure your specific application and use online tutorials available for applications not listed here.

  • Incoming (IMAP) Server: webmail.YourDomainName.com
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Server: webmail.YourDomainName.com
  • Username: email@YourDomainName.com (enter your actual email address)
  • Password: provided during account setup
  • Outgoing / SMTP Authentication: Enabled
    (same as incoming, should be "plain" or "password" if that is an option in your email program)
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Port: 587 or 465
  • Incoming (IMAP) Port: 993
  • SSL (or TLS): Enabled (SSL is highly encouraged)
  • Automatically detect and maintain account settings: UNCHECKED (this is specific to Mac Mail)
